The Day That God Died
I went to this spectacular musical which I would do no justice if I were to just blog about it with no pictures as we not allowed to take pics or videos.
But let me just tell you, it was one of the nicer church musicals I’ve been to.
It was held in Charis Church, located in Ubi industrial area. Very ulu & the church very small. But the cast were dedicated & they performed marvellously. On a very small stage, they did wonders. A crowd can run on the stage & jump. They danced & worked round their space very well. This is a team that had good training & were willing to be trained.
There was a modern scene & then later brought us back to the days leading up to the crucifixion. I was so moved, I cried. To be more accurate, my tears just flowed out… My nose was surprisingly dry despite my runny nose before. I didn’t sob. I just sat there silently & just let the tears flowed out as I am reminded of the cruelty that Jesus had to go through for us.
It was just so good, there are no words.
Later.
